These Terms & Conditions govern the use of LuxCleanUK’s cleaning services and website. By booking a service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

1. Definitions

    •    “Company,” “We,” “Us” refers to LuxCleanUK.

    •    “Customer,” “You” refers to the individual or business booking our services.

    •    “Services” refers to any cleaning or related service provided by LuxCleanUK.

 

 

2. Booking & Appointments

 

2.1 Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or messaging services.

2.2 Customers must provide accurate information regarding their property and cleaning needs.

2.3 Access to the property must be arranged in advance. If cleaners cannot gain access, a call-out fee may apply.

2.4 Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or delays. We will inform you if significant delays occur.

 

 

3. Pricing & Payments

 

3.1 All prices are listed clearly at the time of booking.

3.2 Additional charges may apply for:

    •    Extra rooms or areas not initially declared

    •    Heavily soiled conditions

    •    Deep cleaning or specialist services

3.3 Payment is due on or before the day of service unless otherwise agreed.

3.4 We accept cash, bank transfer, and selected online payment methods.

3.5 Late payments may result in additional fees.

 

 

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

4.1 Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

4.2 Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50–100% of the service cost.

4.3 If cleaners arrive and cannot access the property, the full fee may be charged.

 

 

5. Service Limitations

 

5.1 LuxCleanUK is not responsible for:

    •    Pre-existing damage, wear, or defects

    •    Damage caused by unstable or faulty fixtures, appliances, or furniture

    •    Items damaged due to incorrect information provided by the customer

    •    Health reactions unless allergies are disclosed prior to service

5.2 We do not move large or heavy furniture unless agreed beforehand.

5.3 We do not clean hazardous areas (e.g., mould-infested walls, feces, biohazards) unless specialist arrangements are made.

 

 

6. Customer Responsibilities

 

Customers are required to:

    •    Provide safe access to the property

    •    Secure valuables prior to service

    •    Provide electricity, running water, and lighting

    •    Declare any allergies or sensitivities to cleaning products

    •    Inform cleaners of fragile or delicate items

 

 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

 

7.1 If you are dissatisfied with any part of the service, contact us within 24 hours.

7.2 We will arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no extra cost where reasonable.

7.3 Refunds are issued only at the company’s discretion.

 

 

8. Liability

 

8.1 Our staff are vetted and trained; however, LuxCleanUK is not liable for:

    •    Loss or damage to items not secured or not declared as fragile

    •    Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses

8.2 We carry public liability insurance. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of the incident.

 

 

9. Key Handling

 

9.1 If customers provide keys, they will be securely stored and handled.

9.2 LuxCleanUK is not responsible for loss or damage due to incorrect key information or faulty locks.

 

 

10. Website Use

 

10.1 All website content is for general information only.

10.2 We may update information, pricing, or terms at any time without notice.

10.3 Unauthorised use of website content is prohibited.

 

 

11. Termination of Services

 

LuxCleanUK reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:

    •    There are unsafe working conditions

    •    The customer behaves abusively toward staff

    •    Payment is consistently late or withheld

    •    The nature of work falls outside our service scope

 

 

12. Changes to These Terms

 

LuxCleanUK may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
